Jodi's Barbeque Spare Ribs
This is Jodi's famous barbeque spare ribs. They are made of boneless pork and will melt in your mouth.

🥘 Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
- Sauce:
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 3 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 Tbs water
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
📝 Instructions
- Marinade:Bring to boil; cool; cover spareribs with marinade, and soak overnight or 8 hours. Brown ribs in marinade, and cook on low for 2 hours. Pour off excess marinade, and mix with the ingredients in the right column.Sauce:Pour over ribs, and cook for awhile. Turn ribs, and spoon sauce on top. Keep water in bottom of pan at all times. Cook another hour.
